Position Overview: The Event Coordinator is responsible for enhancing member engagement and executing various events, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive club atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  1. Member Recruitment and Retention
  2. Assist in developing and implementing strategies for member recruitment and retention.
  3. Analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement and tailor services to meet member needs.
  4. Event Planning and Execution
  5. Support and execute various events, including social gatherings, workshops, and special occasions.
  6. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and staff support.
  7. Member Communication
  8. Function as the primary contact for members, providing information about club services, events, and membership benefits.
  9. Collect and analyze member feedback to enhance services and event offerings.
  10. Collaboration and Support
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive planning and execution of member services and events.
  12. Provide Support during onsite events, ensuring smooth operations and member satisfaction.
  13. Marketing and Promotion
  14. Maximized member participation and assisted in promoting club events through newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
  15. Create promotional materials to communicate upcoming events and initiatives effectively.
  16. Community Engagement
  17. Foster a community among members by organizing engagement initiatives and networking opportunities.
  18. Get to know our members and their needs.
  19. Facility Maintenance
  20. Ensure that club facilities are well-maintained and clean.
  21. 2.Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep of the premises.
