Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with contractors, filmmakers and the team to prepare the official publications, badges and website;
  • Assist the team in proof-reading and fact-checking materials, and data entry and maintenance;
  • Assist the PR & Events Manager in online and offline events including but not limited to coordination with third parties and preparation of publicity materials;
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and / or management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience;
  • Sound experience in organizing events;
  • Excellent command of design softwares such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of editing softwares such as Final Cut Pro and Premiere is an advantage;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and
  • Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during certain periods.



The above position is offered on temporary contract terms only.
