Job Description

  • Assists in business management, keeps track of the fast pace and complex communications, consolidates follow-up with concerned parties;
  • Coordinate, supplement, and enable staff and managers under direct management of the CEO 
  • Reviews, summarizes, prioritizes, and researches information into a concise and usable format, and present to the CEO for consideration;
  • Participate meetings and other duties out of the office occasionally, and other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree holder
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experience 
  • Experience in policy / system formulation & implementation and/or project management would be an advantage
  • Well organized, multi-tasking with priorities, critical thinking, problem solver, proactive, committed to high quality of work
  • Active listening, and competent in English and Chinese
  • Compute literature, including Chinese typing
