Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and business support to senior executive
- Liaise with internal and external parties for business activities, project management etc
- Maintain calendar, coordinate meetings, events, organize daily schedules and travel arrangement
- Handle business correspondence, confidential documents, and other administrative duties
- Maintain electronic and paper record ensuring correspondences and business cards and contacts are organized and easily accessible for daily business use
- Conduct research, prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by boards of directors
- Assist in corporate events and activities
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- University degree holder in any disciplines
- Relevant Personal Assistant/secretarial experience is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, detail-minded, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability is preferred
