Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 4-5 years relevant experience in secretarial and personal support
  • Experience in diary management, preferably in serving senior executives
  • Previous experience in handling family matters would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Executive Director on full spectrum of secretarial and personal support
  • Handle calendar management and arrange daily schedules & appointments
  • Liaise with drivers and domestic helpers on personal / family matters coordination
  • Provide support on travel logistics, flight scheduling and hotel accommodations
  • Organize personal & business meetings and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
