Duties
The appointee will support the Student Life Team of the Office. Duties will include to:
- Provide full administrative support to the Team, including vetting documents submitted by line offices and internal departments;
- Provide secretarial support for the committees and working groups under the Team;
- Prepare and monitor budgets for the Team and coordinate with the line offices;
- Monitor and evaluate the development and continuous enhancement of student programmes and the online central repository, e.g. the Student Discipline System, CRESDA, etc.;
- Perform data analytics for student development programmes and prepare reports for the internal units and external bodies;
- Liaise with line offices on the implementation and development of the student development programmes;
- Supervise administrative staff; and
- Work on special projects and perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ relevant administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education related to student affairs. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); high level of self-motivation with strong sense of responsibility; good analytical and critical thinking skills; creative and flexible approach to problem-solving; good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; and ability to work independently and multitask within tight deadlines are required. Willingness to work beyond normal office hours when required is preferred.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.

Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
