Duties
- Provide support to curriculum development and programme administration including student admission, course administration, examinations, preparation of reports and prospectus materials, awards, etc.;
- Organise events and student recruitment activities such as information day, admission talks, etc.;
- Provide administrative support to exchange programmes, mooting competitions, legal placements, etc.;
- Provide secretarial support to different committees; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ relevant experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; strong sense of responsibility with initiatives and ability to work independently are required. Prior experience in tertiary education institutions would be an advantage.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
