Job Description

myWaves is a two-year-old growing business doing cutting-edge consumer medical tech products. The right candidate will assist in admin, purchasing, marketing and shipping products to worldwide markets. We will need the person to have skills listed in the job description but will want someone capable of quickly learning new areas that might be required as the company grows. Qualifications & experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English - USA Manager
  • 3+ Years Working in an Export Company with PO, Invoice, Samples, and Inventory Management skills
  • Good Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Any programming or IT skills would be a benefit but not required.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Product Inventory Control
  • Create and Manage Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Basic shipping documents for couriers and small export shipments
  • Basic Office Admin Tasks
  • More Projects and Responsibilities added based on Experience and Drive
