Facilities Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PTS Managed Services Limited. In this full-time position based in Central Central and Western District, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office facilities and supporting our employees on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and repair of office equipment, furniture, and facilities
• Managing vendor relationships and liaising with service providers to schedule repairs and maintenance
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies and materials
• Assisting with event planning and coordinating catering and other logistics
• Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organised work environment for all employees

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a facilities or administrative support role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
