Job Description

Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair and operation of all office and centers of the organization including offices, community kitchens, cafes and retail shops.

The Manager has to look after all infrastructures to ensure all facilities including plant and equipment are functioning optimally and safely

The duties include:

  • Act as project manager in all renovation and fitting out projects
  • Managing maintenance and repair
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
  • Managing renovations and office moves
  • Running routine safety inspections
  • Corresponding with contractors
  • Planning maintenance work
  • Co-ordinating renovation and repair works
  • Maintaining records
  • Supervising facilities staff (if any)
