Job Description
Duties:
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling of various aspects and phases of the facilities projects for the delivery of the project completion with good quality and within budget
- Assist in carrying out in-house feasibility studies and preliminary planning for the facilities development projects
- Prepare tender document and specification for the Projects of the College
- Coordinate the consultant/contractor and college stakeholders to deliver the projects
- Responsible for site check on the progress and quality of the Projects
- Responsible for proper documentation of the Projects
- Assist to develop for facilities improvement & enhancement
- Any duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Engineering / Construction or equivalent, with at least 4 years of solid related experience
- Experience in statutory submission is advantageous
- Ability to work independently, to follow up on issues proactively follow up on issues to safeguard the College’s interests
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency and strong experience in AutoCAD
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as computer skills
