Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain facility infrastructure and equipment
- Oversee regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies, equipment, and services
- Handle procurement process, including requests, vendor selection, purchasing, and inventory
- Ensure procurement procedures comply with company policies and local regulations
- Monitor facilities usage levels and capacity planning
- Manage facilities budgets and track key cost metrics
- Identify and execute improvement projects to enhance safety and sustainability
Qualifications:
- Degree in facility management, supply chain or relevant field
- 5+ years' experience in facility operations and procurement
- Knowledge of building systems, industrial equipment, and cash automation
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities
- Sharp analytical thinking and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and local regulations
