Facility & Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain facility infrastructure and equipment
• Oversee regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies, equipment, and services
• Handle procurement process, including requests, vendor selection, purchasing, and inventory
• Ensure procurement procedures comply with company policies and local regulations
• Monitor facilities usage levels and capacity planning
• Manage facilities budgets and track key cost metrics
• Identify and execute improvement projects to enhance safety and sustainability

Qualifications:

• Degree in facility management, supply chain or relevant field
• 5+ years' experience in facility operations and procurement
• Knowledge of building systems, industrial equipment, and cash automation
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities
• Sharp analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and local regulations
