Field Application Engineer (for Medical Equipment)

WE ARE HIRING

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance task
• Preform in-site and off-site maintenance task
• Prepare service reports and preventive maintenance reports to customers
• Assist in pre-sales demonstrations and after-sales service
• Assist in training materials and preparation for sales events
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues
• 2 doses or above COVID-19 vaccination required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable in Science or Engineering study or related disciplines.
• Be a team player with other staff to learn about our products.
• Strong communication and written skills in english & chinese
• One Year experience is preferable
• Location: Kowloon Bay
