Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager

Job Description 

• Lead finance team for financial accounting work, including month end closing, treasury management, budget control, internal control etc.;
• Assist in enhancing workflow, improving reporting system;
• Preparation of monthly financial/ management report with analysis;
• Preparation of rolling forecast and yearly budget including cash flow management;
• Assist in reviewing agreements and liaise with bankers, lawyers and auditors;
• Assists in monitoring the Purchasing Department;
• Assists Senior Financial Controller for decision making;

Job Requirements

• Qualified Accountant, Degree in BBA/ Accounting/ Finance
• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in Commercial sector, preferably in construction industry;
• Experience in leading a team, developing new business, setting up and applying internal control in the company;
• Good leadership skill to drive changes to enhance efficiency, good interpersonal skills;
• Familiar with Accounting standards and tax regulation (knowledge of PRC accounting/ tax is preferred);
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, excel, financial modelling;
• Flexible, hand-on, able to work under pressure, detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill;
• Good communication skill, high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua);
• Initiative, independent, fast-paced, able to accept challenges and grow with the company;
• Immediate available will be an advantage;
• Less experience may be considered as Finance Manager;
