Job Description

If you are a hardworking, flexible, tech-savvy, street smart, detail-oriented and organized individual capable of handling multiple tasks and working closely with parents and students we would love to hear from you.

Job responsibilities:

• Handling requests from a large volume of parents/students and tutors on a daily basis via Whatsapp, email and other communication channels
• Regularly maintaining and updating a sheet of completed and pending tasks, making it straightforward for the director to monitor and track the progress of any workflow assigned to the employee
• Handling any new sales enquiries from parents/students in English, Chinese and/or Mandarin (this process would include an initial reach out, all the way to onboarding the parent and student and being their regular point of contact at the company)
• Helping the director in managing existing clients needs for additional lessons, new subjects and change of tutors through phone call and whatsapp communication
• Ad hoc support based on the needs and requirements of the director

Requirements:

University graduate (degree in any discipline)

1. Excellent problem-solving ability
2. Proficient in using Google powered business tools (email, calendar, docs, sheets) and WhatsApp Web/Mobile
3. Pleasant personality with excellent organization skills
4. Dedicated and willing to work to irregular time schedules
5. Self-motivated, mature, and presentable
6. English, Cantonese & Mandarin are required
7. This is a work from office position
