Job description:
- Assist the accounting team with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle correspondence and communication related to accounting matters.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Proven experience as a general clerk or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
