The job resides in the Consumer Line of Business called 'WiZ Connected'. Wiz is a fast-growing global smart lighting platform. WiZ enables consumers to create personalized lighting experiences. With WiZ you can Transform any room to match your mood using a rich set of light modes. Elevate special moments such syncing lights while watching movies to make the experience super immersive. The Jobholder will be part of the Product Management team - which plays a pivotal and leading role for the growth and success of the WiZ business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Capture consumer insights and unmet needs - specific for the segments and markets WiZ operates in, such as North America, Europe and Asia. Use a data driven market intelligence approach.
• Translate consumer insights into Value Propositions for the WiZ platform that deliver unique and differentiating benefits for WiZ users.
• Define implementation plans for the specified features into the WIZ system - working closely with R&D in software and hardware.
• Develop compelling marketing communication to attract new consumers and grow lifetime value - in close collaboration with the marcom team.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• Seasoned in consumer marketing and product management. Track record in capturing consumer insights and translating into compelling value propositions
• 3-5 years' experience working in an international consumer business where marketing was at the core - delivering new product innovation for markets in North America, Europe and Asia.
• Having worked closely with R&D to deliver new innovations to market - preferably with IOT/software experience
• A 'self-starter' with an 'entrepreneurial' mindset - passion develop new-ideas and opportunities and shape them into game changing outcomes
• A team player that is used to work in an international team and can influence multi-functionally
