Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop & design print and digital materials for events (Including but not limited to backdrops, posters, social media posts and invitations)
- Working with various departments to develop and design concepts for internal and external corporate marketing and branding materials
- Creating, editing, and proofreading marketing and branding materials for print & digitals platform
- Work with events team and clients to prepare concepts & artwork for projects
- Prepare and/or maintain company profiles and media packages for external parties
- Attend marketing related meetings, events and seminars as necessary
- Conduct relevant market research as assigned
- Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Journalism or other marketing media with two (2) or more years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Proficiency in Premiere Pro is preferred
- Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines
- Having corporate experience is preferred
- A creative and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing to work irregular hours to meet the demands of the business
- Immediately available is highly preferable
