Responsibilities:

• Formulate integrated marketing plans based on product growth strategies, integrate exhibitions, summits, institutions recourses to reach the goal of gaining institutional clients.
• Familiar with major financial markets, understand the characteristics of various financial derivative products and user portraits, diagnose problems from the perspective of the product marketing.
• Responsible for collecting, sorting, and analyzing financial market-related data in Southeast Asia, Europe, and mainland markets, capable of providing marketing data support for decision-making.
• Possess brand-building sense, generate solid content creativity that could contribute to brand development, and be able to strike a balance between business growth and brand-awareness.
• Excellent strategic planning and writing skills; Independent contributor to business proposals, white papers, research proposals and analysis report etc.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to apply insights from this to optimize campaigns and advise the sales & marketing team on opportunities/actions for optimization (effectiveness and efficiency).
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and task as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder or above in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sales & marketing of which 2 years are in managerial grade, familiar with the Financial / Securities and Brokerage / AI / IT industry is preferable; more than 2 years of experience in overseas APP user-growth marketing, excellent academic achievement and team management experience are preferred;
• Be familiar with major financial products and users, strong and long exposure in financial industry, independently produce marketing strategies based on industry perspectives;
• Data-sensitive, proficient in marketing analysis tools and growth models of mainstream media platforms, experience in paid-media growth and revenue-growth practical cases preferred;
• Good knowledge on Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Marketing Platform;
• Proven success in driving marketing initiatives and solid experience in leading large-scale events / campaigns;
• Have strong execution ability, result-oriented player, good team-player and co-working ability;
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, proactive, good data analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to think creatively with an excellent business sense;
• A creative thinker with strong business acumen - you excel at narrative driven content and love inventing fresh/interesting ways to tell stories; while understanding what compel our audiences to take action to drive business needs.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required
• Immediate available is preferred.
