Guest Relations Officer

Harlan’s Bar & Restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui has long been a preferred haven for lovers of fine Western and continental cuisine in Hong Kong.

We are looking for a motivated Guest Relations Officer 20K-25K 

Job Responsibilities:

l   Manage reservations and arrange tables

l   Greet and show guests the table; introduce restaurant and our cuisine

l   Take care of enquiries and response to guests in a professional manner

l   Service scopes include monitoring and implement the daily operations of front desk

Job Requirements:

l   Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in fine dining restaurant is an advantage

l   Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours

l   Well-presented and presents a positive, friendly image

l   Good written and verbal communication skills in English including Cantonese and Mandarin
