Job Responsibilities:
• Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner and check them in and out efficiently according to established procedures 當顧客到達及離開時,以有禮的態度招待他們,並根據既定的程序,有效地協助顧客辦理入住及退房手續
• Provide courteous and efficient service and comply with guest request 提供有禮及高效率的服務,並在情況許可下遵守客戶的要求
Job Qualifications:
• Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred 持有酒店管理或相關範疇文憑
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other language would be an asset 操流利粵語,英語及普通話或其他語言者優先考慮
