We are seeking a visionary Head of Project Management / Account Servicing to lead our dynamic team. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional who is adept at managing complex projects, enhancing client relationships, and driving the successful delivery of tailored marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of expertise in digital marketing, including media planning and account servicing on a retainer basis, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving cutting-edge marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the implementation of integrated digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. Provide visionary leadership in the formulation of advanced branding and performance marketing initiatives.
• Client Servicing Excellence: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a high standard of service while aligning our solutions closely with their business objectives.
• Advanced Project Management: Lead projects from conception through to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, demonstrating impeccable organizational and leadership skills.
• Innovation in Media Planning: Utilize advanced AI tools and data analytics to refine media planning and buying strategies, ensuring maximum impact and ROI for clients
• Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and manage a team of account servicing and project management professionals, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and excellence.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyze campaign data to draw insights and optimize strategies. Present comprehensive reports and performance reviews to stakeholders.
• Social Media Expertise:Design and implement social media strategies that encompass content creation, community management, and collaboration with third-party pages and influencers. Maintain precise knowledge of various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with designers and copywriters to generate creative ideas and content. Coordinate with the media team to ensure seamless integration of media investments and content creation across campaigns.
• Utilization of AI Tools: Employ AI technologies to enhance planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client success metrics.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly produce and present detailed campaign reports or monthly performance reviews, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
   

Requirements:

• Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:Minimum of 8 years in digital marketing, media planning, or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an ad agency or tech-driven environment.
• Proven Client Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships at a strategic level, particularly in managing retainer-based accounts.
• Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate, persuade, and influence both internally and externally.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards excellence.
