Job Responsibilities
HR & Admin Officer (HRO), directly reporting to the Administrative Manager, is responsible for
Performing the full spectrum of HR services such as recruitment, orientation, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, payroll, insurances, employee relations, staff activities, etc
Maintaining day-to-day HR operations
Assisting in formulation and review of HR policies and procedures and manual
Assisting in company secretarial filing
Updating internal database
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- BS in Human Resources or higher diploma holder in relevant disciplines
- At least two (2) years’ relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in the latest Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance
- Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
- Good knowledge in Information Technology and data processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
- Mature in nature, independent, good communication & interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is preferable
- Less experience or qualification may be considered as Assistant HR Officer / HR Assistant
