Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of office administrative operations and functions, including but not limited to office, equipment procurement and maintenance;
- Manage HR system and filing system with up-to-date staff data;
- Responsible for recruitment including job posting, arrange interview, on-board arrangement and staff orientation;
- Assist in payroll calculation, leave records and attendance records;
- Coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations programs and activities;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
- Well versed with Hong Kong Labour Law;
- Detail-minded, proactive and energetic team player with self- motivation and positive working attitude;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
