Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide a full spectrum of general administrative support

- Provide daily office support such as maintenance of supplies and equipment, deliveries, etc.

- Assist in company events and staff activities

- Provide all-rounded HR support including Recruitment, C&B, Employee Relations, etc.

- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Secretarial / Business Administration / HRM or related disciplines

- Minimum 1-year experience preferably in Administrative and HR related role (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Proactive, meticulous, and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Immediately available would be a definite advantage.
