Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Provide all rounded HR shared services and handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll issues
- Manage the training programs for apprentices and trainees
- Assist with training administration, including updating training records, coordinating logistics, and processing expense claims
- Deliver training sessions, including orientation and classroom training
- Update and maintain employment records in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Work closely with line managers to provide proactive support in workflow processes
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and participating in various HR-related projects as assigned
We expect you to have: -
- Degree in Human Resources or Business related disciplines
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles or HR services is preferred
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
- Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded and customer service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate availability is highly desirable
