Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, employment, compensation and benefits, employees’ compensation claims, team member movement, employee relations according to our corporate guideline
• Handle end to end recruitment process for front-line and back office positions from posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, off er proposals, on / off boarding process;
• To ensure accurate and timely process on payroll processing and others HR administration such as attendance and leave management, tax returns and insurance
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS;
• Compile monthly KPI reports, e.g. headcount allocation, turnover rate and salary benchmark survey etc.;
• Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year's Human Resources experience
• Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
• Have hands-on experience in HRIS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offi ce applications, e.g. Vlookup formula
• Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
