Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • provide daily support to ensure smooth operation
  • Deliver HR support on different aspects on recruitment and onboard arrangement
  • Coordinate job advertisement posting and record maintenance
  • Input and maintain updated staff records in HR and filing system
  • Handle employee enquiries on general HR matters
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • F.5 / HKDSE graduate or above
  • At least 2 years' solid experience in HR & recruitment
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing
  • Independent, well-organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
