Job Description
Responsibilities:
- provide daily support to ensure smooth operation
- Deliver HR support on different aspects on recruitment and onboard arrangement
- Coordinate job advertisement posting and record maintenance
- Input and maintain updated staff records in HR and filing system
- Handle employee enquiries on general HR matters
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- F.5 / HKDSE graduate or above
- At least 2 years' solid experience in HR & recruitment
- Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing
- Independent, well-organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
