Job Description
Job Responsibilities

Provide hands-on user support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software for internal parties / colleagues

Manage network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity and security across locations
-
Support business applications, overseeing email and internal systems to maximize efficiency
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs with project management skill
-
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Essential Qualities
-
High diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering or administration focusing in servers (e.g., AD, VMware, Hyper-V), cloud-based application (e.g., Google service, M365, CRM), virtualization and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac)

Experience in server hardware and configuration, in voice or SIP solution support is a plus

General knowledge in networking concepts and protocols

High integrity, pro-active, independent and willing to learn

Good communication and interpersonal skill with a positive can-do attitude

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Immediately available is highly preferred
