I.T. Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support the deployment of new applications, oversee website content updates, and act as an application administrator.
• Perform fault diagnosis and collaborate with contractors
• Ensure data integrity and quality from different systems,
• Provide Setup, Testing, Documentation and User Training of different IT Applications
• Fulfil other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer information technology
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in Information Technology
• Good analytical, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation with quick response times
• Good team player, positive attitude, innovative, self-initiating, eager to learn new technology and patient communication with different users
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS office and Chinese work processing, basic knowledge of MS SQL.
• Experience with IT Projects for Logistics and/or Supply Chain Solution Industry is a plus.
