Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  1. Provide IDC solution design according to customer needs, ensure architecture design, system design, IDC solutions to meet customer needs and provide daily IDC business support.
  2. Manage IDC demands, maintain IDC daily business operation, including business opportunity collecting, schedule monitoring, IDC procurement supporting, IDC solution supporting and other IDC services.
  3. Familiar with IDC business and technical support progress.
  4. Study the technical evolution of IDC, and design CMI IDC solutions, IDC business managing and technical support methods.
  5. Manage and provide regular progress update during the IDC business support project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers.
  6. Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage. Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly.
  7. Work with overseas customers during non-office hour if necessary.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. IDC technical support experiences are preferred.
  3. Minimum 7 years of experience. Candidate with less experience may consider.
  4. Familiar with the functions of server, network and other network hardware and software. Experiences in big data, AI computing, Internet and other related fields.
  5. Proficient in the use of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
