Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Provide IDC solution design according to customer needs, ensure architecture design, system design, IDC solutions to meet customer needs and provide daily IDC business support.
- Manage IDC demands, maintain IDC daily business operation, including business opportunity collecting, schedule monitoring, IDC procurement supporting, IDC solution supporting and other IDC services.
- Familiar with IDC business and technical support progress.
- Study the technical evolution of IDC, and design CMI IDC solutions, IDC business managing and technical support methods.
- Manage and provide regular progress update during the IDC business support project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers.
- Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage. Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly.
- Work with overseas customers during non-office hour if necessary.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- IDC technical support experiences are preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience. Candidate with less experience may consider.
- Familiar with the functions of server, network and other network hardware and software. Experiences in big data, AI computing, Internet and other related fields.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
