Job Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support and resolve technical issues from internal parties / colleagues
- Monitor and maintain server, network, telephone and internet services
- Monitor IT asset inventory
- Coordinate with internal and external parties including external vendors for the Company's IT projects
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Essential Qualities
- High diploma or above in related discipline
- Good knowledge of IT systems and applications
- High integrity, pro-active, independent and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
