Infrastructure Support Team Leader

• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplince
• At least 3 years in IT Infrastructure solid experience of similar scale and nature 
• Certification in ITIL is a must and Certification in Information Technology services is preferred 
• Oversee Daily Operations of IT Infrastructure and IT Application production change support
• Supervise and manage the daily activities with a strong and wide IT Infrastructure technical expreience
• Ensure smooth operations and adherence to established process and procedurs 
• Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve operational goals
• Monitor service level agreemenrt (SLA) and address any ussues or challenges that arise
• Collaborate and provide clear instrucations with the proposed IT Infrasructure outsource team and act as a lisison between them and the on-site team for effectively communication 
• Communication skills with different parties, customer/vendor/teammates
• pro-actively to troubleshoot technical issue and explore root cause 
• Task prioritization among the teams
