Insurance Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to comprehensively grasp their business needs and challenges within claim automation or provide advisory services in the insurance industry.
• Analyze client requirements meticulously and devise tailored solutions that directly address and align with their objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure seamless integration and implementation of customized solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training sessions to clients on the integration and utilization of company products with third-party applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within the insurance industry, with a focus on automation claim processes or strategic advisory services.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance industry trends, particularly in automation claim solutions and integration with third-party applications.
• Strong project management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver successful proposals to clients.
• Proven ability to stay updated on industry developments and provide innovative solutions that meet client objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting product demonstrations and providing training sessions to clients for successful application integration.
