Investor Relations Manager

YEE HOP HOLDINGS LIMITED is an investment holding company while the principal subsidiaries are principally engaged in the provision of foundation and other civil works and tunnelling works in Hong Kong and Philippines, premises revitalisation and enhancement in the People’s Republic of China.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and participate in maintaining investor relations and information disclosure, including daily communication with investors, result announcement roadshows, investment summit.
• Prepare presentation materials for roadshow and disclosures.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, investor feedback, and summaries of research reports; regularly conduct operational data analysis and financial model updates.
• Regularly update and improve various documents and databases related to investor relations.
• Assist in coordinating cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including financial public relations agencies and other third-party service providers, internal finance teams, the company secretary, and corporate communications departments.
• Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of work experience; experience in banking, assets management and industry research is preferred.
• Strong sensitivity to financial data and familiarity with regulations related to PRC and Hong Kong.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel as required.
