Fed-Supremetech Limited (FSL) was established since 1985 and has become a leading manufacturer specializing in power, distribution, and specialty transformers.  We are the Joint Venture of Schneider Electric.  With a strong presence and expanding business in Hong Kong, we are now seeking a passionate ISO Management System Engineer to join our Company.

Job Responsibilities:

• ISO Compliance:  Lead and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards across the Company.
• Quality Management Systems:  Design, implement, and maintain company-wide quality management systems and methodologies.
• Customer Satisfaction:  Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints, driving improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement:  Lead company-wide continuous improvement (CI) projects and promote Kaizen activities.
• Audits:  Conduct both internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk Management:  Implement risk prevention strategies and promote process robustness to mitigate potential issues.
• Product Design Oversight:  Assist with a high-level view of product design and architecture, ensuring proper allocation of requirements at all levels.
• Documentation Management:  Manage daily processing of quality documentation to support operational and departmental initiatives.
• Change Control:  Oversee document and change control activities to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality systems engineering.
• Proficient in ISO 9001 and IEC 60439-1:2004 standards.
• Strong understanding of design engineering compliance, auditing processes, 5S methodology, and document control.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Curious, innovative, positive, and possess a strong sense of ownership.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Candidates with significant experience may be considered for a Senior Engineer position.
