IT Cyber Security Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary interface for ID administration with customers
• Responsible for security operations, such as account reviews, log reviews, security assessment, etc.
• Responsible for managing security components, such as privilege account management solution, anti-virus solutions, patch management solution, etc.
• Responsible for responding security enquires from customers, such as industrial security standards, good practice, etc.
• Responsible for security application and system upgrade, deployment and patching
• Maintain standard operation procedure for security operation
• Regular review and assure the quality of security operation process
• Manage the whole cycle of IT system account management
• Release privileged IDs and review with ID usage for different customers’ platforms
• Prepare regular reports
• Maintain standard operational process for ID Administration team

Requirements:

• 5+ years working experience in IT
• 2+ years security operation experience. Experience in firewall administrative jobs is an advantage
• Familiar with CyberArk, Splunk, anti-virus solutions, patch management solution is an advantage
• Familiar with ITIL processes
• Familiar with computer applications particularly in Excel (e.g. vlookup) and Word
• Basic knowledge in Information Security Management
• Good analytical mind and communication skill and well organized
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Able to work independently
• Self-initiative and willing to learn
