IT Officer (5-days work)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily technical support on desktop, network, ERP, software and hardware to end users;
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues;
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including Windows and File servers, networks and security systems;
• Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems, software and hardware;
• Work closely with internal staff for daily operations;
• Liaise with vendors for IT services and equipment procurement;

Requirement:

• Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, retail  industry is preferred.
• Solid experience in user, server and network support
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of hardware and software systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available  is highly preferred
