Job Description
- Provide level 1 IT service desk support to APAC users in an efficient manner including PC administration, Office365, Outlook, SharePoint, and Desktop services, etc.
- Daily IT operational administration of the Incident/Request Process, to ensure all IT incidents and requests are properly logged, responded, or escalated.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure they align with corporate IT standards for accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and support automation solutions to optimize operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the delivery of IT projects across the APAC region and maintain IT assets and software licensing inventory.
- Conduct training to end-users on the effective use of M365 and other corporate IT applications.
- Provide on-site support to regional offices as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years or above of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience in M365 administration, Fortinet, Azure, and Windows system.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform are an added advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Professional qualifications (Azure, MCSE, M365, PMP, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Where necessary, travelling to Mainland China and/or overseas.
- Immediate availability is an added advantage.
