Job Description
- Maintain the whole IT infrastructure for site project;
- Carryout software (MS Office Apps, Autodesk AEC, Bentley Suites, Adobe Acrobat…etc) and hardware installation in workstations, NAS servers, routers and firewalls, including setting up, maintaining, performing and monitoring back up jobs;
- Administer domain user accounts, email accounts and other office automation systems and tools;
- Keep tracking IT assets with proper inventory control on record keeping, maintenance and related documentation;
- Interact and follow up with vendors for the maintenance and fault reported for any PC, network equipment and software;
- Provide end-user computing hardware and software support;
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and services;
- Carryout CCTV setup / installation for monitoring site progress and security
