Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily PC hardware and software support, including installation, troubleshooting, and problem diagnosis for both hardware and software;
- Monitor the health status of the IT system and network;
- Assist with the company's website back-end support, troubleshooting, and data updates;
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation as needed;
- Assist in providing computer operation instructions, guidelines, recommendations, training, and support to users;
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate maintenance and services;
- Undertake ad-hoc IT-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
- 2 years or above experience in IT support role;
- Knowledge of computer hardware (e.g. IP camera, printer, scanner, etc.);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows , Mac OS, Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge in VPN, TCP/IP networking, Cabling;
- Basic knowledge of webpage maintainence support;
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Immediately available is highly preferable.
