Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with operation teams (COB, middle-office, settlement etc.) to gather and analyze business and user requirements.
- Responsible for designing technical solution to match user requirements and optimize business process automation.
- Manage system/product lifecycle, including technical research, requirement analysis, system development, testing and deployment.
- Handle project related documents (Meeting minutes, Scope of Work, Specification, user manuals, and training materials etc.) and related training
- Provide system training and technical support to internal teams and users.
- For technical solution related to outsourcing system, be responsible to coordinate with system vendor and advancing projects properly.
- Stay updated with technological trends and regulatory changes, assess their impact on back-office systems and propose technical strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical product management, with experience in the construction of financial industry back-office systems preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the technical processes involved in securities settlement including but not limited to stocks, funds, bonds, and other financial instruments.
- Communication fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong technical or financial background, including software development, data analysis, system architecture, and operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Positive& self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and learning potential.
- Good project management, team spirit and communication skills.
