Job Description

  • Provide first-line IT support to internal staff, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email, or in-person
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks by performing regular checks and troubleshooting to diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
  • Document and maintain an inventory of all IT assets
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, system standards, and procedures
  • Undertake local IT implementation project including web platform
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects under the guidance of the global IT team

The Successful Applicant

  • DSE Graduate or above
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience as IT Support
  • Hands-on experience in M365, Zscaler, Intune and knowledge of network, router and firewall
  • Strong control sense, able to identify potential risks and provide valid recommendations
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, diligent, capable of working independently with strong communication skills
