Job Description
Our client, a global MNC company is seeking for experience IT Support Engineer to join them. As IT Support Engineer, you will play a important role in coordination & handle regional user.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide T1 - T2 of helpdesk support for hardware, software, and IT setup (Windows 10, MS Office, printers, mobile devices).
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including networking, video conferencing, application and basic telephone systems.
- Assist in IT projects, maintenance, and global team coordination.
- Manage IT assets, software licensing, and documentation.
- Provide user training and support to improve productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience with 2+ years in IT support, preferably in MNCs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Candidate who holding ITIL certificate are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, good personality and communication skills.
- Good in English and Chinese.
