IT Support / Helpdesk Support

 Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain in-house IT infrastructure;
• Responsible for system and network administration support;
• Provide in-house technical support, IT facilities’ setup, backup and maintain the PCs and servers’ hardware and software;
• Support and maintain administration of the network, including configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points;
• Perform hardware, software installation, configuration and troubleshooting services.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT-related discipline, from a recognised university or technical institute;
• Solid experience in implementation, troubleshooting and system administration of Windows Servers, Active Directory, IIS, Apache, SQL Server and VMWare;
• Experience in Windows & basic hardware/software support;
• Independent with logical thinking;
• Good communication skills and self-motivated;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
