IT Support

 Responsibilities: 

• Provide general IT and other technical support to end users
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on servers, workstations and other IT equipment
• Perform daily system operations such as daily backup, security control, software and patch upgrades
• Follow up ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Familiar MS Windows and Office applications
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
