Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide site technical installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on IT hardware and software
- Responsible for different system platform administration
- Assist in office facilities / equiment maintenance
- Coordinate and communicate with IT-related service providers
- 5-day Work, including Saturdays
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in IT, Engineering or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience in system administration / IT support / IT Infrastructure
- Sound knowledge of Networking, Windows servers, switches and firewalls
- Basic knowledge of programming skills
- holder of MCSE / CCNA or related certificate is a plus
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
