Junior Accountant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of accounts and month-end closings for US based company
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Handle daily bank transactions
• Conduct daily accounting tasks, including preparing vouchers, payment transactions, and cash flow management
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in accounting related discipline
• 1 - 2 years experiences in accounting field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software – Sage Peachtree is highly preferred
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work overtime
