Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Aid users with basic network connectivity and assist in troubleshooting network-related problems.
- Support in performing system upgrades and patches.
- Collaborate with the IT team on basic tasks and projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in IT or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Entry-level certifications (e.g., Microsoft/CompTIA IT Fundamentals).
