Reporting to the Audit Partner of L&D, we are looking for an energic, flexible and independent L&D Senior Manager/Manager to drive, develop and deliver technical audit learnings.
Responsibilities:
- Tailor learning programmes and updates for the Audit practice to ensure the technical content is current, relevant and accessible
- Take ownership of particular audit and anti-money laundering training modules and deliver training programs for targeted group of talents
- Liaise regularly with audit service leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure the learning programmes are appropriate in depth and content to different target levels, and aligned with the firm's business focus
- Ensure the learning programmes adhere to the latest regulatory requirements and liaise with relevant people to ensure mandatory learning is monitored
- Assist in delivering ad-hoc learning where needed in a timely manner
- Manage training records
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with over 6 years professional experience in major international accounting firms, experience in the technical & training department preferred
- Technical competence in international professional standards of financial reporting, auditing, assurance as well as ethics
- Familiar with listing rules and other local requirements in Hong Kong in relation to financial reporting and auditing
- Possess strong organization, management and presentation skills
- An effective communicator who is able to facilitate open and meaningful class discussions
- Able to work to deadlines and willing to adapt to changing priorities
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
